Shipping Rates
• We provide free shipping on all orders.
Order Processing
• We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be expected to be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday.
Shipping Time
• For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 working days. Due to operational issues there could be a possible delay of 2-3 business days in delivery. However, you will be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
Order Tracking
• You’ll receive a tracking number from us in your inbox as soon as it ships!
Note: Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

Kapdewala offers to ship to cities all over India. Customers usually receive their orders within 7-8 working days.

Once your kapdewala.co order ships it must go to the address provided at the time you place your order. If you cannot receive or pick up your order after three attempts by the courier, it will come back to our warehouse.
Any refund against RTO orders will be not initiated, You can Request Us to Re-Ship it with New Actual Address & Contact Details. We will reship it on next working Day.
