Our return policy are very simple. We try our best to provide the best quality products to our customers. Still in case you are not happy with the product(s) and wish to return it, you can do it easily.
What is Kapdewala’s Return & Exchange Policy? How does it work?
We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange in case of defective or wrong item received. On orders above Rs.1,000, no return is applicable, only exchange can be done.
Returns

Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unwashed condition with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please courier the product(s) to the following address: B- 18, Block B, Sector 70, Noida 201301
In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. A maximum of Rs.50 will be refunded to you for shipping product(s) back to us in terms of discount on your next purchase.
Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. Replacement and Refund for any order will not processed without sharing photographic and videography evidence of your faulty product. So please share photo and video evidence before replacement or refund.
We suggest you to select ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service rather than using other courier companies. Speed Post is a government-owned entity that operates India’s largest postal network and it is totally reliable.
It is mandatory to capture a video/photo before shipping the package or handling it to our courier partner.
Also, please Contact Us before you return the products to us so that we will be able to process your return request.
- We can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 7 days of deliver of the product(s).
- A customer is eligible for Exchange/ Returns only in case you receive a Damaged, Defective or Wrong product from our end.
- Return or Exchange is applicable only once per order.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all the tags.
- Orders placed using “Discount Coupon” are not eligible for Returns or Exchange.

If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 24 hours of delivery. For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.
Exchange
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [kapdewalaofficial@gmail.com] and send your item to: B-18, Block B, Sector 70, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Non-Returnable
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your amount will be automatically refunded in your bank account.
